There are many housing estates
and condominiums spread right across Pattaya, however Jomtien Beach, just five
minutes
south of Pattaya, has emerged as the preferred location for both residential
accommodation and property investment.During the
past decade we have established a proud reputation for our projects which are
recognized amongst the most prestigious in
Thailand. Our flag ship development, View Tala Villas, has a unique world class
reputation for luxury, privacy and security. It is
now ranked as Pattaya’s premier residential Estate.
All three stages are now sold out but we do have resales although demand is
high and properties do not last long on the
market. At present a 120 square metre two bedroom villa on 320 square of land is
for sale at 10.5 million Baht, about
US$262,500. A 280 square metre three bedroom two story villa on 360 square
metres is priced at 15 million Baht, about
US$375,000.
Majestic Residence beach side estate is our latest housing project located
next to the exclusive Royal Varuna Yacht Club and
close to the Royal Cliff Resort and Sheraton Hotel. The private residence of HRH
the Royal Princess is close by. Simply, there
are no comparable beach front sites remaining in Pattaya.
In the tradition of View Talay Villas all homes have individual swimming pools.
The first 30 homes are nearing completion but
prime plots remain for sale. As a comparison I have included the complete price

There is no bank
finance for expatriates although we allow buyers to make payments during
construction. Properties are
purchased by foreigners through their Thai company that the owner has
100% control over. This is a simply procedure
which our in house lawyers can arrange.

are View Talay Residence buildings 1 & 2 (complete) and buildings 3 & 4
(under construction).

Occasionally resales
become available in buildings 1 and 2 but they usually sell very
quickly.

prices start at 3,360,000 Baht (about US$84,000 ) for a 56 square metre
studio. A 94 square metre
one bedroom is 5,640,000 Baht (about US$141,000 or 80,570 Pounds). A 117
square metre one bedroom is 7,020,000
Baht (about US$183,000). A 140 square metre two bedroom is 8,400,000
Baht (about US$210,000 ) and a large 165
square metre two bedroom is 9,900,000 US$247,500 ).
