entire family wants to thank you for your help to us over the past two months in
selling our home. Your knowledge of the
market, professionalism, and good eye for smart home improvements helped sell
the house in six days. Your
attention to detail in the “closing” saved us some embarrassment. Ed, we could not be more
satisfied. Of
the four realtors we interviewed, you surpassed them all; in your knowledge of
the market, understanding of what it would take to get our house ready to sell
and marketing plan to sell our house.
This last point, your
marketing program, especially impressed us. None of the other realtors presented nor
had a plan. Their idea of marketing was
to list the house in the MLS, put an occasional ad in the paper, and flash a
picture on the Sunday morning home show if they got a chance. Your “Home Book” was an
“attention Getter”. It presented an exciting view of our
home, and the “Dear Buyer Letter” gave us an opportunity To
present a little bit of our home’s character. Your suggestions for home
improvement: the color scheme, the carpet, the front porch, the brass house
numbers and the brass lamp were all necessary to get the house ready to sell,
and to sell quickly as we asked.
The only bad thing, after these improvements and fix-ups were completed,
it made it harder for us All
to leave. Such sweet
