Professional Career Experience Summary:
Mr. Hill has served over the past 30 years in business and higher education. He has worked at many international companies, colleges, and universities. Some of the positions served include instructor of speech communication, Director of Forensics (Debate Coach), Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Franchise Sales, President, of Peak Performance Interview and Sales Training, Director of Training for ERA Real Estate Mid America, an eight state Region in two time zones, Training Director and Sales Manager for two commercial companies and three residential companies. As the Sales Manage of a commercial company he managed the sale and closing of over a half a billion dollars of properties in Los Angles and Orange counties. As a national trainer for ERA Real Estate he has trained and personally coached thousands of Real Estate Agents nationally.
In addition to his real estate license in California he has been a Broker in 5 other states. As a University Debate Coach he authored two books and was a contributing author to a textbook, Judging Debate.
In his position of debate coach he judged and coached on over 100 college and university campuses in 43 states including: Harvard, MIT, US Naval Academy, Notre Dame, US Air Force Academy, Princeton, USC, UCLA, Northwestern and numerous others. He has been a speech coach and speechwriter for candidates running for political office at the state assembly level in California and for Midwest Governor. As a practitioner of Real Estate Brokerage he has been a featured speaker at many regional, national and international real estate conventions. He has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist Designation awarded by the National Association of /Realtors). Less that one percent of all Realtors have earned the CRS designation. Currently he is a candidate for CCIM, Certified Commercial Industrial Member. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
